Hi Cousins!
We thought while you are gathering together for the Holidays would be a great time to make your Reunion plans for this summer. Our 2006 Boyack Reunion will be held at the Landmark Inn, Park City Utah! We need you to call in your room reservations as soon as possible, so you can get the size of room that will best fit your needs. In order to reserve the big gathering rooms for the dance, program and banquet for free, we need to reserve 32 rooms ASAP.
Please look over the links below and the Landmark Inn web site, complete with photos, descriptions and group rates. www.bwlandmarkinn.com Choose your room size, then call 1-800-548-8824, tell them you are with the Boyack Family Reunion to reserve it at the group rate. They will need a credit card number to hold your room and then you will pay at check out on Sunday. Our group deposit is each individual credit card reservation made.
Reunion costs will be $50 per adult 12 and older and $25 per child 3-11. This will cover BBQ lunch, the banquet and Pizza party for under 11’s and other operating costs. Your room also comes with a deluxe Continental Breakfast each day. Please see the order form below.
2006 Boyack T-shirts will be $5 for children’s sizes and $6 for adults. Please order the number and sizes you would like and send it with the order.
Below is a tentative Schedule of Events, in order to motivate you into action to reserve that room! We will be contacting those of you who volunteered to help at our meeting in Yellowstone and also would love to include any of you that didn’t volunteer yet, a chance be involved.
